History:
The Albert Hall Museum, originally intended as a town hall, was designed by Sir Samuel Swinton Jacob and completed in 1887. Named after King Edward VII (then Prince Albert Edward), the museum's foundation stone was laid during his visit to Jaipur in 1876.
